The term diamoric can refer to two things.
One: A diamoric relationship or diamoric attraction is any relationship/attraction that cannot be classed as gay nor straight due to involving at least one genderqueer person.
Two: Diamoric identities are identities that describe queer attraction had by genderqueer people and that are neither straight nor gay.
Diamoric can be an identity on its own - e.g. a genderqueer person who wishes to specify their attraction is queer in a way that is neither straight nor gay, but does not wish to specify what gender(s) they are attracted to.
However, there are more specific labels that may be considered diamoric identities, like how "lesbian" is a gay identity. For example, "toric" refers to a diamoric orientation in which someone is genderqueer and attracted to men.
While diamoric people can be attracted to genderqueer people, offhandedly describe themselves as "gay" for convenience, or be gay in addition to being diamoric, "diamoric" should not be miscontrued as meaning "gay genderqueer" like how "sapphic" or "lesbian" mean "gay woman". For that, you would use either "enbian" (equivalent to "sapphic") or "cenelian" (equivalent to "lesbian").
