Who are you?

We are Ix/Azzi/Local Void, an adult polyfragmented DID system whose headmates are, by and large, queer and non-human.

We run this site in order to share our individual and collective identities. This includes queer identities, but also kintypes, and sometimes things like plural-related identities (e.g. system roles).

What is this site for?

Well, we like having all our identities like our genders, kintypes, and roles all in one place, and we like making fun sites about ourselves.

However, this site is also useful when it comes to discussions of queer or alterhuman identity with others. For example, if someone asks one of our lesbians why they are a lesbian if they are not a woman, they can send them their page on what "lesbian" means to them, or copypaste parts of it in their explanation.

We also have queer or alterhuman identities that may not be very widely known, e.g. the term "toric" or the fictional species of Marshwiggles. While information about these things is available and originates from elsewhere, this site is also a good place to have that information conveniently for others to refer to, as well as to share details about how those things may apply to us in particular.

Additionally, while we love MOGAI and enjoy collecting and coining terms, we also find there is not always as much an emphasis placed on the discussion of the experiences associated with those terms, just what the terms themselves are or mean.

While there is nothing wrong with collecting new words or discussing what does or doesn't make sense to fit under a certain term, we also want there to be more spaces where identities are examined in depth. That is, we don't want to just say "I'm a xenogender man", we want to make a page explaining what it means to be a man and xenogender at the same time, or experience maleness through xeninity.

Some of the problem is likely due to the brevity encouraged by many of the platforms on which MOGAI is discussed, but Neocities doesn't have that problem in the slightest, so this is the ideal place for us to post those thoughts and experiences.

What else is on here?

In addition to lists and descriptions of our actual identities, this site has additional information such as:

-pride graphics (e.g. blinkies), including ones we made ourselves
-definitions of terms we commonly use
-information about our alterhuman identities, including ones that are not commonly-known
-pages of opinions about what it means to be queer/alterhuman/etc.
-discussions of how alterhumanity affects things like spirituality, neurodivergence, relationships, etc. and vice versa

We also hope to use some of the information provided on this site (namely definitions of terms) as the basis for a separate site defining and explaining queer and MOGAI identities.
