Vesility - aka being vesil or vesi - is an identity originating from the MOGAI community in which other aspects of one's identity are strongly connected to or affected by a certain thing.
For example, someone who is dogvesil or dogvesi may feel that dogs affect most or all of their identity. They may be dogkin, have dog-related genders, have dog-like behaviors, mostly draw art related to dogs, have a dog fursona, and/or be a puppyplayer.
In order to experience a vesil identity, you have to experience other aspects of identity that your vesil identity connects to. For example, if I say I am angelvesi but have no genders, kintypes, religions, or any aspects of my identity that could be reasonably connected to angels, I am not really able to explain why I feel I have that identity.
There is no limit for how much of your identity your vesility terms can relate to, but it is recommended that, if you consider yourself to be vesil with something, it should either affect at least two aspects of your identity that you find important, and/or it should be something whose effect on your life is so omnipresent that it would be easier to just explain how your entire life relates to that thing than to identify individual areas affected by it.
While vesility terms can exist about genders and orientations, and you can also coin genders that have to do with vesility, vesil terms are not inherently genders, orientations, or other queer terms in and of themselves. They are also not necessarily a marginalized identity in the way that neurodivergence is, although marginalization can be a part of why you feel something is your vesil identity.
