Agender man

When Mori describes himself as an agender man, he is partly referring to a simplified way of saying "disconnect from binary manhood without disconnect from maleness altogether". However, it also refers to the extent to which x is genderflux.

Mori tends to feel more agender MASCULINE when not in a relationship (he only dates men), and agender MALE when he is in a relationship (he is currently with Vyvian and several other headmates).

This most likely connects to how x experiences xs maleness in relation to its identity as a gay man but wouldn't really be a man outside of that context. However, Mori still presents as masculine, so x would have an identity related to masculinity even outside of a relationship, even if that identity is not related to being a man.

However, as Mori is currently in relationships with men, he does consider himself a man, while still being agender as well. In which case, Mori does not just use "agender" as a shorthand for "genderqueer" but actively has a gender that he feels is best described as agender. This also partly ties into how xs xenogenders often have to do with things like death, the void, and non-existence.
